Our greatest priority is the health and safety of our staff and clients.
We want to let you know what we're doing to prioritize health and safety during these uncertain times. We have implemented policies and procedures to increase our already stringent standards of cleaning and disinfecting. Every stylist is required to sanitize their station and tools between clients. We will only be allowing one client per stylist at a time. The stylists are required to wear masks at all times, as well as frequently wash their hands, particularly between clients. Cleanings will be done frequently throughout the day in general areas.
If you are feeling ill or experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or have had a fever in the last 48 hours, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
All clients will be required to wear masks that cover your nose and mouth and go behind the ears. We can provide you with a disposable mask for a $2 fee which we will add to your ticket.
We ask that you wait in your car and call the salon to let us know when you arrive. The front desk will let you know if your stylist is ready for you. Before entering you will have your temperature taken via infrared thermometer and asked a few questions about your health and possible exposure to those infected with COVID-19. If you have a temperature above 99.5, or have had possible exposure to COVID-19 we will ask that you reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of our staff and clients.
We ask that you keep personal items to a minimum and bring only your phone and payment method. We will NOT be accepting cash as payment, we will accept credit cards and no contact payments only.
Upon entering the salon, we ask that you head to the hand washing station to wash your hands and sanitize your phone. Please come appropriately dressed and do not change out of your clothes as we are not allowing our closet to be used for personal items. You will be required to put a clean smock on over your clothes. We will not be providing beverage services or magazines at this time. Please try not to touch any surfaces beyond what you have to.
Upon checkout, you can still add a tip to your credit card and we will put the cash in the envelopes for the stylists for you. If you would like to purchase products, please let the staff at the front desk know and they will get the products for you. We appreciate your patience and cooperation at this time to help us keep a safe environment for everyone.
